| Visitors & Ward Visiting Hours |

| At Hospital we actively encourage patients to have visitors so that their stay is as comfortable as possible. There are many ways visitors can help patient care (for example at mealtimes), and we are happy for them to get involved if a patient wants them to. |

| We do restrict visiting times, so that patients can rest and we can carry out treatment. |
| |
| • A patient should have no more than three visitors at a time. |
| • Please remember that other patients might be resting or sleeping during your visit, so please keep noise to a minimum. |
| • A protected mealtime takes place between 12 noon and 2pm. The aim of this is to provide an environment that allows you to eat your lunch without interruption. Visiting is restricted during this period, so anyone visiting you at this time will be asked to leave. We do, however, make exceptions for those helping to feed patients or in exceptional circumstances. |

| Parents are invited to stay with the child during the hospital stay. |
| Other visitors 8am - 8pm. |
| |
| Intensive Care Unit |
| There are no restrictions for visiting. |
| Rest period 12 noon - 2pm. |

| Appointments with any of our physicals may be obtained by calling the hospital at 5311691-700(Defence Chapter), 6670449-451(North Chapter) or by emailing the OPD manager at info@healthcarehospital.com.pk, Monday-Friday but please note that particular doctors may not be available at all times. If you are making a request via email, please provide the following:- |

| • A concise description of your problem to allow scheduling with the most relevant specialty OR the name of the physician with whom an appointment is desired. |
| • Please attach scanned copies of the most relevant tests reports or images with your email. |
